After having our windshield replaced by a glass replacement service, we started having problems with the wipers behaving erratically. The glass service wasn't able to help and neither was our repair shop, so we ended up at Nalley Toyota. Lee Bergh, the Service Director, took the wipers apart and fixed them right on the spot, while Livingston Scipio stood and held the hood open. Their knowledge, kindness, dedication to customer service, and sense of of humor made our day!
Well, I was buying parts from them before they were sold. Also before the remodeling! I missed the service. I missed to bond I made with the greatest guy! So, I'm out at the Airport checking the garages & making sure the techs were ?I thought...?perfect time to go see Walt!! Two years went by so fast... I hate the disconnect we had. Besides this is a beautiful dealership no need in stopping by without working my magic?Got the skinny on the best service writers? can't wait to see what happens next?for this renew-business relationship? yes that's sounds about right?? think positive, I hope starting over is ok with U & at the same time we're starting something new? The wait for your vehicle during maintenance and repairs is long but well worth waiting for. I always have my car repaired right in the first visit and NEVER experienced going back for the same issue.
