Customer must maintain current beacon score or higher for the duration of the term during the RTO program. All customers must remain in the program for a minimum of 6 months. Customer must be on their job for at least 1 year and at current residence 1 year. Must make a minimum of $2500.00 per month. Must be able to provide any necessary Bank stipulations at time of loan, including and up to, current phone bill, current utility bill or 90 day bank statements. Customers must have and maintain Full Coverage insurance and must add the vehicle to any preexisting policy with Toyota of Union City added as the loss payee. Customers will only be allowed to use the deferred down payment for a purchase of a vehicle from the following locations: Toyota of Union City, Kia of Union City, Nissan South Morrow, Nissan of Union City and Cobb County Kia.At the end of the term , if all requirements are or cannot be met for financing, or if financing is unavailable, any and all funds used for the rental agreement will be used for the rental term. No monies used for the rental agreement are entitled to the rental customer. Money used for down payment or purchase of a vehicle are a part of the rental agreement and cannot be dispersed to any other party or entity other than the dealerships listed on the said agreement. Company will take six (6) months of the rate customer paid in and apply $1800.00 of that amount toward down payment, not including taxes and fees charged. If the customer stays in the vehicle longer, the only amount that will apply toward the down payment is $1800.00.
